30-Day Return Policy

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • Unworn, unwashed, and undamaged

  • In its original packaging with all tags attached

  • Free of any odors (perfume, smoke, etc.)

  • Not marked as final sale or clearance

How to Return

Step 1 - Contact Us

Email us at returns@passion4coral.com with your order number to initiate a return.

Step 2 - Ship It Back

We'll send you a prepaid return label. Pack items in original packaging.

Step 3 - Get Refunded

Once received and inspected, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.

Refund Information

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days and credited to your original payment method. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.

Shipping costs: Original shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund unless the return is due to our error.

Exchanges

If you need a different size or style, the quickest way to get what you want is to return the original item and place a new order. This ensures you receive your new item without delay.

If you'd prefer a direct exchange, please contact us and we'll work with you to find the best solution.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at returns@passion4coral.com. Include your order number and photos of the damage, and we'll arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.
